Invited speakers present a critical obstacle that needs collaboration and a near term solution: "Regarding Critical Infrastructure, Equity & Resilience, to achieve Chicago’s Carbon & Equity goals, a critical obstacle to overcome is __________."

Participants vote on which speaker has articulated the most urgent obstacle. Next, invited participants, strategically placed at breakout tables, compete on developing a 12 month solution to the selected obstacle. Volunteers develop an AEG Task Force to carry out the selected 12 month solution.
