We will share your contact information (First Name, Last Name, Company, Title, Email, Linked In) with fellow Stakeholders and attendees. If you do not wish to share your contact information with others, please set your AEG App profile to private, or contact us directly: genie@goadvancedenergy.com

Preferences
We use the preferences you select when creating your AEG App profile to update you on events that are relevant to your selections. We may update you on events outside of these preferences.

The AEG App & Stripe Payment Feature
On the AEG App, we use Stripe to process payments for event add-ons, such as Trivia, Trivia Donations, Site Visits, and other additional AEG Events. For more clarity, please refer to this link

Consent to Photography & Chatham House Rules
Professional photographs, audio and video may be captured during Advanced Energy Group Stakeholder Series events. Attendees and their guests hereby grant Advanced Energy Group and Advanced Energy Agency and its representatives' permission to be photographed and/or recorded by audio and/or video at these events. Attendees and their guests give Advanced Energy Group and Advanced Energy Agency permission to copyright, publish, and distribute these photographs, audio recordings and/or video recordings and use them in any and all media, including print and electronic for any lawful purpose. Attendees and their guests hereby release and discharge Advanced Energy Group and Advanced Energy Agency of any and all claims and demands rising out of or in connection with the use of Advanced Energy photographing, audio and/or video, including but not limited to any claims for defamation and invasion of privacy.

Chatham House Rules:
Participants have the right not to disclose their participation. Only they can decide this. No content will be attributed to any participant, unless the participant wishes it be attributed and formally makes this clear.

Participants have the right to expect that institutional information not be publicly disclosed except by themselves.

Participants may openly speak of their own contribution and cite general concepts, challenge areas, or agreed collaborative outcome projects, but may not cite any other individual or organization’s contribution, unless it is first made public by that individual or organization.

How to Update Your Information
It is important that we keep only the most accurate, up-to-date information about you in our records. Therefore, if you believe that our records contain information that needs to be updated, you can email us at genie@goadvancedenergy.com to correct or update your contact information. You may also email us at genie@goadvancedenergy.com to remove your name, telephone, postal and email addresses from lists that we maintain for purposes of sending out notices or updates, or to request that we refrain from disclosing your personally-identifiable information to third parties.

Advanced Energy Group built the Advanced Energy Group (AEG) App app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Advanced Energy Group at no cost and is intended for use as is.
