12 months: Increase ridership at one designated location by x%.

> M1: Review data for 10 “most challenged” bus or train stop using CTA and rideshare data, then pick one.

> M2: Engage community leaders. At the stop that was chosen, convene discussions on access and marketing solutions.

> M3: Present solutions to CTA, such as last mile integration using Via.
