…the necessary installation of EV charging infrastructure to meet the new DC Clean Energy requirements, is impeded by the limited driveways, garages and general real estate for siting infrastructure, especially for fleets! The needed planning and partnerships to overcome this need to be established.

Winning 12 month action plan (Table 5):

A replicable pilot stakeholder engagement process for cities to identify PPPs toward a scalable roadmap to meet DC clean energy requirements. Q1: stakeholder survey, data gathering Q2: success metrics, goal setting, tactical agreement Q3: gap analysis & pilots Q4: define engagement outcomes.
